• How do I place an order? Orders can be placed in our online store, over the phone, or in person at our store. 
  • Do you ship internationally? At this time we are not shipping outside of the U.S., except for frames. Additional shipping/customs charges may apply.
  • How long will it take for my stuff to get to me? For tires and small bits, allow one week before the item is shipped. For wheels, allow 1-2 weeks before the wheels are shipped. Shipping in-transit times range between 1 and 5 days depending on where in the U.S. you are. In the case of back-ordered products, we will contact you with alternative product suggestions, estimated availability, or an offer for a refund or credit.
  • My package was damaged, what do I do? We insure all of our shipments through UPS for the actual amount. If you see the package is badly damaged, inspect it before accepting it from the carrier, and reject it if it is damaged. If it has already been delivered and you find a problem, you can use your tracking number to file a claim.
  • What is your return policy if I don't like what I got? If somehow you ordered the wrong item, you have 24 hours to correct the order by contacting us through email or by phone. Check your order confirmation to make sure you ordered the right parts before it is too late! If there is something wrong with the item we are happy to replace it under the manufacturer's warranty. If it is a set of tires, you have 5 days to return them in un-mounted condition in the original packaging at your expense.
